Learning from a Freelance Arabic calligraphist I learned the art of Arabic in Rik’a Script in terms of using it for design and art traditionally and digitally. I take on the stylistic swoop of the letters which I enjoyed studying in the last few sessions of this program. I hope to use this not only for Arabic calligraphy but for Urdu as well as the letters are the same and read the same however there are no vowel consonants in them so it can be harder to read but its a part of my identity as a muslim intermediary calligraphist in design and art.
